Milan - Grenache - Provence

This wine comes from a specific plot, where the yield in 2011 produced a high potential alcohol volume (convertible sugar). The intention at first was to make a sweet wine. But for two years, this Grenache nevertheless fermented out completely. Later, a yeast veil developed that automatically regulated oxygen to the wine. This allowed the wine to oxidize continuously over a long period of time. Oxidation creates specific aromas such as nuts, fig,... A unique natural product that the winemaker describes as sec sec.
