Tschida - Riesling - Pinot Blanc - Neusiedlersee

Christian Tschida is an exceptional winemaker. The vines in the vineyard are double planted. It forces the roots of the plant to look for nutrition and water at a deeper level. What remains of must and juice goes back into the vineyard to strengthen the vitality of the plants. Tschida works only with the very best custom-made Bucher-Vaslin press that ensures extremely gentle pressing. Ten percent of the harvest is to experiment and develop new techniques. The Laissez-Faire wine was aged in Stockinger barrels that are used only by the very best domains. From Antinori to Gauby to the elite in Bordeaux. In addition to German and Austrian wood, they also incorporate some Hungarian and Romanian wood into the barrels.
