Casa Mariol - Terra Alta - Vermut

A powerful black vermouth. Important with vermut is to add plenty of ice when serving. This vermut was colored thanks to the maceration of walnut shells. Then an infusion of herbs was added to obtain the typical taste. Finally, we apply the system of a Solera where in the barrels all vintages are mixed. So each bottle contains a bit of the year in which the Solera started. The advantage is a very constant wine over time.
