Staffelter Hof - Regent - Pinot Noir - Mosel

Regent is a precocious grape variety created by crossing and thus also very resistant to mold. A good match for the bluestone, but also humid climatic conditions in Kröv (Mosel). Ruby Soho is a slightly pearly stunner brimming with red forest fruit. In the last vintage, Pinot Noir was added to make the wine slightly easier drinking.
