Milan - Merlot - Provence

Far away from Bordeaux is a tiny vineyard of 50 acres with Merlot grapes only. The subsoil is limestone and the planting was done in 2007. This limited edition of which only 2719 bottles will be made is cult in every way. Manual picking, 7 days maceration and daily remontage on original yeasts and unfiltered.
