Orsi - Pignoletto - Bologna

The estate is located 30 min from Bologna in the town of Monteveglio. It consists of 9.5 ha, in addition to which Frederico rents another 5.5 ha of vineyards. On 7 ha is the local grape Pignoletto, the largest share is used for sparkling wines. On a steep slope is 1.6 ha of old Pignoletto from which Frederico makes the single vignard bottling Vigna del Grotto. An elegant white fermented in large Slovenian foudres with lots of storage potential. A total of 5944 bottles were bottled.
