Viteadovest - Cabernet - Marsala - Mazara

A Cabernet without overextraction, evident by the color in the glass. The wine tastes as it looks, feather light, and extremely drinkable and juicy. Made from 5 hectares of Cabernet Sauvignon at an altitude of 110 m. The grapes come from two different plots. The harvest is entirely by hand, starting in early August in the Muciuleo vineyard and finishing in late September in the Kelbi vineyard. Because one vineyard is dominantly clay and the other dominantly loam (fresher) the grapes ripen at different dates. IGP Terre Siciliane
